ISMART Building Group is a residential builder SOR in Perth and specialises in building energy efficient homes by applying the German Passive House principles.
We can build your project for you to completion as well as supply and install walls and other items such as windows and Ventilation Units to owner builder projects and we also supply builders with finished wall products
The main 5 aspects of our building methods are:
- highly insulated, pre-fabricated wall Panels with up to R4.5 insulation value with external membranes for watertightness
- German, high performance membranes and tapes to Panels and Ceilings internally creating airtightness
- UPVC windows and doors with Kömmerling profile and low e, Argon filled double glazing
- Fully ducted heat recovery Ventilation Units and Heat pump HWU (Stiebel Eltron)
- minimising thermal bridging
